Exhibitor
cancellation policy
Cancellation on or before September 30, 2007,
Exhibitor shall be refunded 100% of all payments received by
EXPO at that time of cancellation.
Cancellation between October 1, 2007 and November 15, 2007, Exhibitor shall be
refunded 50% of the total obligation* made by Exhibitor for booth space and/or
sponsorships (Gold, Silver, Bronze).
Cancellation on or after November 16, 2007, Exhibitor shall be refunded 0% of
the total obligation* made by Exhibitor for booth space and/or sponsorships (Gold,
Silver, Bronze).
*"Total obligation" is defined as the total amount due and payable
by the Exhibitor pursuant to the Space
Reservation Contract, Exhibit Space Reservation Form, or other sponsorship agreement.
If Exhibitor cancels their reservations and/or sponsorship, additional funds
may be requested.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and received prior to the above
deadlines.
Refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks after request has been received.
